All remote controls (not batteries) purchased from us are subject to a 12 month manufacturers warranty.
The guarantee does not cover damage by the customer, e.g. liquid spills, leaking batteries or physical abuse of the unit. They will be thoroughly inspected/tested on return to ensure that it is a manufacturer failure before a replacement is sent.
The guarantee does not cover possible damage caused by incorrect insertion of the batteries
The customer will be responsible for the carriage costs and insurance in returning the unit to us.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
