Delivery
Delivery cost is only £3.00 and is by recorded Royal Mail.
The remotes are normally despatched within 5 working days of us receiving the order.
If they are not received within 7 working days of placing the order, we should be notified by e-mail.
If they're any severe delays we will normally notify the customer with the offer to either wait or cancel the order.
Returns
The customer may return the unit for any reason for a refund within seven working days of receipt. We must be notified by e-mail within this time, we will then issue a returns number.
The customer will be responsible for carriage costs (and insurance) in returning the unit to us (without batteries).
Upon receipt we will then credit the credit/debit card with the original cost of the unit (not carriage and battery cost if supplied by us).
This excludes remotes that were subject to a special order (not in our database)
